La Roca City Church (LRCC) was founded over ten years ago by husband and wife Pastors, Javier and Jennie Alcaraz. We are a community-based church serving the East San Fernando Valley.
Our mission is to lead with empowerment, love with compassion, reach and guide the lost, and actively foster discipleship for a purposeful and meaningful journey.
